International services are ‘consolidated’, meaning that your goods will travel with many other parcels, and will change hands many times before they reach their destination.
All parcels sent via our international service must be securely packed and well protected.
Your consignments are charged by destination, weight, and size*.
From an envelope to several pallets – we have an international service to suit your needs.
Five signed copies of a full commercial invoice stating full details of the consignment and its value are required for shipment to countries outside the EU.
Transit times can only be estimated – flights can be cancelled without notice, and Customs can decide to thoroughly search and examine the entire contents of a plane’s cargo hold, etc. Situations like these are completely out of our control, and can occasionally lead to unavoidable delays.
* - International deliveries are shipped by either their ‘dead weight’ or ‘volumetric weight’, whichever is the greater. To work out the volumetric weight of your consignment, the formula is as follows: length x width x height ÷ 6000 (all measurements should be taken in centimetres). |
